Jefferson Park would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest team member – Bre Case, PA-C! Bre is a Physician’s Assistant and has been practicing since 2018. She graduated with her Master’s Degree from Lincoln Memorial University.

- Following her education, Bre began her practice providing primary care and chronic disease management to patients of all ages.
- Bre is an active member of the Tennessee Association and American Academy of Physician Assistants
