We are so happy to announce that Allison Lovell has been chosen as the Jefferson Park at Dandridge September 2022 Employee of the Month.
Allison began her career as a CNA and since that time she has evolved through so many roles in the facility. She has been a CNA, LPN, Activities Assistant, Unit Manager, Shift Supervisor, Green House Educator, and Staff Development.
Allison has 1 very amazing and beautiful daughter that is 16, and they have 2 adorable little dogs (their cute little faces look friendlier than they actually are, so don’t trust them).
When Allison isn’t working, she enjoys reading and going where she can see live music. She enjoys camping and spending time outside. Allison and her daughter enjoy spending time shopping, or grabbing a good pizza.
Allison has dedicated over 15 years at Jefferson Park at Dandridge, and we are beyond blessed to have her as part of our JPaD family.
