Jefferson Park at Dandridge’s June Employee of the Month is our Dietary Manager, Leslie Ferguson! Leslie has been with JPD since September 2014. When she started her career with us, Leslie was a social service assistant. She made her way to the front desk in accounts payable then to HR/payroll before becoming the dietary manager in October of 2017. Leslie is the first to volunteer and help in times of need and gives 100% to every task she tackles. We are so lucky to have her and her constant hard work and dedication.
Leslie is married to Wayne, and they have two children, Gavin (6) and Brylee (12). You can find her taking her kids to football, basketball, and baseball practices or games just about daily! She is a wonderful mother and raising her children to be strong, compassionate individuals.
