Kimberly Pace has been chosen as the Jefferson Park at Dandridge July 2022 Employee of the Month.
Kimberly has a cheerful personality that residents, employees, and visitors enjoy being around. She goes above and beyond to take exceptional care of the residents, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. She has been a Certified Nursing Assistant for 16 years, and takes amazing care of the residents.
Kimberly moved to the area from North Carolina in 2018. She has been married to Daniel for 2 years, and she loves being the bonus mom to 3 girls ages 6, 8, and 13. With a house full of girls we know there’s drama, so Kimberly and her family enjoy getting outdoors and going camping any chance they get.
Kimberly has been employed at JPaD for almost 6 months, but it surely feels like she has been a part of our family much longer. We are extremely blessed to have her as part of our team, and we look forward to many more years with Kimberly as part of the JPaD family.
