Alicia Carr has been chosen as January 2022 Employee of the Month.
Alicia is approaching her 10-year anniversary at Jefferson Park at Dandridge. Alicia joined our team in a CNA class where she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. After a great deal of hard work and lots of dedication she has become a Licensed Practical Nurse, and has been in this role for nearly 2 ½ years.
Alicia is the proud mother to Hayden age 12, and Adalyn age 7, and is happily engaged to Ben. Alicia has two of the sweetest and most beautiful golden reivers, Beau and Cash.
Alicia enjoys shopping, photography, being outdoors, going to the park, spending time with her family and friends, and all things leopard print.
We are blessed to have Alicia as part of the JPaD family. She is hard working, dedicated, and very knowledgeable in her field. It has been a pleasure to watch Alicia grow both personally and professionally. We look forward to many more years with Alicia as part of our family.
