At the end of the month, Jefferson Park at Dandridge likes to recognize one of our team members for their outstanding work. For the month of January, our Employee of the Month is Morgan Mounts! Morgan is a CNA and Schedule Coordinator, and she has been working with us for four and a half years. She says that she loves working at Jefferson Park because everyone here is really friendly, and she loves spending time with our incredible elders. Morgan is a key component of our facility and helps keep us running smoothly. We are very thankful to have such a dedicated and hard worker on our Jefferson Park team!
Morgan lived in Gilbert, West Virginia, up until she was four years old, at which point she moved to Dandridge. She has lived here ever since and loves being a part of our community. Morgan has a wonderful fiancé, Matt, and two children Jessa and Liam. A few of Morgan’s favorite things to do with her family are watching movies, going out to eat, and taking family trips to the beach. She also loves to sing and let others hear her beautiful voice.
