Jefferson Park is incredibly proud to celebrate two outstanding individuals who have gone above and beyond in providing compassionate care and support to those living with Alzheimer’s—Amber Bush and Dreama Haney. Below you’ll find some information about the Caring Hearts Recognition Program and some words of gratitude for our recipients!
About The Caring Hearts Recognition Program
The CNAs, PCAs, Residential Assistants, and others who care for individuals with cognitive impairment, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease play a vital role in our communities and the lives of those they serve.
Alzheimer’s Tennessee, Inc. established the Caring Hearts Recognition Program to celebrate the immense dedication and often unrecognized outstanding work these caregivers perform daily. Each year, facilities and homes like Jefferson Park are invited to nominate one standout staff member to receive a Caring Hearts Award during a special ceremony.
