Jefferson Park at White Pine
Jefferson Park at White Pine is also dedicated to delivering the same compassionate care that is expected of a Jefferson Park facility. Our White Pine location differs from our Dandridge location in one way – it is entirely Green House Homes.
Green House Homes offer a more home-like surrounding than that of a traditional skilled nursing care facility. Residents have their own space, including a private room with a bathroom. Each Green House has a common area where residents are encouraged to interact with fellow residents to build the community within each house. This common area offers a kitchen, a fireside hearth, and more.
As far as health services, all services, with the exception of respite care, available at our Dandridge location are also available at our White Pine location. Learn more about our services below.
Long-Term Care
We offer one of the best communities for long-term senior care. Our professional support services include meals, medication management, bathing, dressing, and transportation.
Rehabilitation & Therapy
We believe in improving the quality of life of our residents by promoting independence. We do this by offering therapy services that include physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies. Both inpatient and outpatient therapy services are available seven days a week.
